If you are having trouble with our shopping cart please follow these directions before adding items to your cart.
1) Click on "Tools" which will be either in the upper left area or upper right area (depending on the version of IE you are using).
2) Choose "Internet Options", the last option on the list.
3) Click on the "Privacy" tab.
4) Click on the box that says "sites".
5) In the box titled "Address of Website" type in 'hopeforhealthusastore.com' NO spaces and make sure that usa and store are both included in the box.
6) Click "Allow"
7) Click "OK"
8) Click "OK" again
9) You can either refresh the Internet Explorer page or completely close out of Internet Explorer and open a new page.
If you still continue to experience issues please also do the following:
1) Click on "Tools."
2) Click on "Internet Options", the last option on the list.
3) You will already be in the "General" tab, the second section is "Browsing History", click on the box that says "Delete".
4) Make sure the following are checked: "Preserve Favorites Website Data", "Temporary Internet Files", "Cookies", and "History".
5) Click on "Delete".
6) The files will delete and then click "OK".
7) You can either refresh the Internet Explorer page or completely close out of Internet Explorer and open a new page.
